How to request a “Resend” for an ABSA Instruction

Browse to the “All Matters” screen à select the “ABSA Instructions” TAB.

Right click in any empty space and select “Resend ABSA Instructions”.

You will be prompted to “Select a branch”.

Once you have selected a branch (or if you only have 1 branch setup) the following screen should appear:

If you have not selected a valid certificate for the selected branch in the past (or if the certificate has expired etc) then

you will see a screen that will look similar to this:

Select a VALID certificate and click “OK” – the following screen should appear.

Choose a date range of when the Instruction(s) was sent from the bank and click “OK”;

This will load the Instruction List for the selected dates.

If there are any Instructions that are detected as being sent to you in between the two selected dates, then a list of

Instructions will appear;

Select the Instructions you wish to get re-sent and click “Download”.

The application will “Request” the download from the bank;

You should see the following screen:

Click “OK”

Once the above screen is closed LegalSuite will display the following;

This will begin importing any successful Instructions automatically.

All the requested messages should now be completely re-imported into LegalSuite.

Conclusion

If an Instruction(s) had problems during the initial download, rather than having to contact the LAW call centre in order

to ask them to “resend” the Instruction(s) –
the “ABSA Resend Instructions” function will give you access to re-download any Instruction(s) that you may need.

This feature will improve your overall LegalSuite experience and ensure that you are always kept up-to-date of the

latest technologies.
